We assemble cables, cable sets and wire harnesses of different complexity starting with a cross- sectional area of 0.128mm². Furthermore we have years of experience in splitting and processing Gore High Flex PTFE cables. EASYS Electronics uses original manufacturer equipment for industrial crimp connectors and special equipment for teflon or rubber insulated wires. All common D-sub connectors with 9, 15, 15HD, 25 or 35 poles are fitted as crimp or solder connection in large quantities on a daily basis.
Testing
To provide a high quality standard all cables, cable sets and wire harnesses are tested by specially trained staff via computer aided cable testing.
